Armagh Selects Menusoft's Digital Dining

Hamilton, Ontario - Armagh Cash Register announces that they will be taking on Menusoft's Digital Dining hospitality management software as the newest addition to their hospitality services product line. The full featured Digital Dining has been in the market place for over 20 years and boasts over 35,000 installations, in such places as Appleby's, Crowne Plaza Hotels, Hooters, and Denny's.

Choosing a new hospitality POS product was not easy. "When we went shopping for a new product, there was a lot to choose from," says, Harry Mitchell, Jr., Account Manager at Armagh Cash Register. "We needed a product that would deliver the most options to our customers. Ultimately though, we chose Digital Dining over all others because of the fact that it was an established and mature product, could deliver wireless hand-held technology, and provide integrated credit & debit to the Canadian marketplace."

For over 27 years Armagh Cash Register, has served the hospitality POS industry primarily with Toshiba TEC hospitality products and hardware solutions. Newly released this year is the open architecture Toshiba ST-71 which is a full featured POS hardware platform which was designed with hospitality in mind. Armagh plans to couple the Toshiba ST-71 with the Digital Dining software to create a winning combination for hospitality providers. Combine that with Digital Dining's innovative software and we have one of the best solutions for restaurants available," says, John DiNino, Technical Support Manager, for Armagh Cash Register.

The addition of the Digital Dining software should balance out their open architecture product offering. ECRS Catapult is Armagh's flag-ship retail software, and it has seen impressive success in Canada. Currently Catapult is installed at such stores as Mac's Convenience Stores, Stag Shop, Reid's Dairy, and Druxy's. Equipped with an impressive multistore capability, Digital Dining appears to be poised to deliver similar success for Armagh in the vast hospitality market. In addition to Multistore is Digital Dining's complete suite of hospitality focused features which enable it to serve all areas of hospitality POS requirements - full table service, bar, quick service & fast food, hotel, and country club.
