For Immediate Release -- May 19, 2008, Ancaster, Ontario: Armagh Cash Register announced today that it has installed the Digital Dining Restaurant Management System for The Ancaster Old Mill, in Ancaster, Ontario.

Armagh Cash Register is proud to have a long history with the Ancaster Old Mill, providing POS solutions for over 20 years, and has installed 3 generations of restaurant system, including the Toshiba TEC FDS system, the Toshiba TEC FS-3600 touch screen system, and now the Digital Dining Restaurant Management System on the Toshiba TEC ST-71 open architecture hardware platform. In 2006, Armagh Cash Register installed Digital Dining at their new restaurant, Spencer's at the Waterfront, Burlington, Ontario, also on the Toshiba TEC ST-71 hardware.

Digital Dining is the award winning hospitality management system, ranked #1 in 2006 and 2005 (there were no rankings for 2007) by Hospitality Technology Magazine in their annual POS Scoreboard.

The new system will enable the Ancaster Old Mill to grow while maintaining exact control over costs and security, while providing a higher level of customer service through improved system efficiencies while reducing overall cost of ownership. As the Digital Dining system is entirely scaleable, it will enable them to deploy as necessary multi-location management modules, including the deployment of multi-store gift card, highspeed multi-store credit & debit processing, and multi-store control and communications from a centralized office.

The Ancaster Old Mill, celebrating it's 25th Anniversary in 2008, is Hamilton's premier restaurant, and certainly boasts one of the most beautiful locations in Ontario. The Ancaster Old Mill is steeped in history. The grist mill that the Ancaster Old Mill is situated is actually the fourth mill to be built in this location. The current mill was built in 1854 after the third mill burned down, by Alonzo and Hiram Eggleston. The restaurant was opened 25 years ago by Ron and David Ciancone, and today is owned and operated by Ron's son, Aaron Ciancone.
